

SALON POLICIES
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment, you will not incur any charges. After the 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If the cancellation is within 24 hours or less, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and will also need to pay the full amount of the service in advance in order to be able to schedule your next service.
Child Policy:
We love your children but due to safety concerns, property liability issues and limited space, we kindly ask that you don’t bring your children or any additional guests to your appointment. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule before 48 hour cancellation guidelines. This policy ensures that you and the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and is truly made with your child's safety in mind.
Product Return Policy:
Any and all product purchased at Scissorhead Salon are FINAL SALE. There will be no refunds issued. It is important that you are happy with your purchase and we are willing to do an exchange on products that have been unopened or minimally used within 7 days from date of purchase.
Refund Policy:
We want to ensure that you are more than happy with your service and experience at Scissorhead Salon. If you are ever dissatisfied regarding your hair color or extension appointment, please reach out to your individual stylist. The stylists at Scissorhead Salon are self employed and run their own businesses within Scissorhead Salon. They will discuss adjustments that can happen in order to achieve a preferred outcome.This service is complimentary within the first 7 days after the appointment. Keep in mind, complimentary adjustments do not take place if you changed your mind about the haircut/color or extension service that you preferred at the time of your consultation. If you decide that the haircut/color or extension service that you requested is not right for you and you would like an adjustment to acquire a different look than previously discussed, additional charges will take place. Under no circumstances will a refund be offered, as we cannot give back our stylists' time.
